⁃ Handle all facets of administrative assistance.

⁃ Add events to calendar and schedule meetings.

⁃ Maintain an organized electronic filing system; prioritize email and messages.

⁃ Complete deal transaction-related work for property sales.

⁃ Help respond to all listing requests and prepare CMA presentations.

⁃ Schedule and assist with the preparation of listing presentations to potential sellers.

⁃ Work closely with the listing agent behind the scenes while negotiating contracts to closing. Make informed decisions; coordinate as appropriate among team members.


⁃ Must have experience as a licensed real estate administrative assistant or be a Licensed Sales Associate in the State of Florida

⁃ Ability to multitask is essential

⁃ High level of professionalism with interpersonal skills to interface in a team environment

⁃ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Internet

⁃ Excellent verbal communication skills

⁃ Ability to maintain confidentiality of data is essential

⁃ Ability to prioritize and organize

⁃ Strong people skills

⁃ Attention to detail is a must

⁃ Residential real estate experience required
